How to Assign an Account Owner

RecruitBPM treats each company in the module as a separate account. Hierarchically, a Company, Contact, and Job are treated as one entity. This helps the Salesperson to categorize as well as get all the information interconnected and in one place.

Companies:

From your dashboard, you can add a company by clicking on the New on the left top corner of the screen. Once you click on it you will see the Company on the third row of the drop-down menu, click on it and you will be directed to add Company form. Once you are there, you will see the Account Owner option. Click on it and you can select the Account Owner from the enlisted ones in the searchable fields. Select Save & Close or Cancel to discard the changes.

Changing Company’s Account owner affect the hierarchy, the replacing Account Owner will automatically become the Account owner of the contacts under the same company. These are the contacts that were assigned to the Account Owner being replaced before from the same company.

Contacts and Jobs Account Owner assignment is done through the same path in respective modules.

 How to Assign a Candidate Owner

From your dashboard, you can add a candidate by clicking on the New on the left top corner of the screen. Once you click on it you will see the candidate on the sixth row of the drop-down menu, click on it and you will be directed to add candidate form. Once you are there, you will see the Account Owner option. Click on it and you can select the Account Owner from the enlisted ones in the searchable fields. Select Save & Close or Cancel to discard the changes.
