Our data migration process

Migrating your data from a former applicant tracking system (ATS) doesn’t have to be difficult. In four easy steps, RecruitBPM can import your data, map it out and go live within three to six weeks. And we’ll work closely with you throughout the migration to ensure a hassle-free and seamless transition to avoid any business disruption.

1. Extract and Send

Gather your data from your previous ATS provider and send to RecruitBPM.

2. Data Analysis and Mapping

In consultation with you, we develop a data analysis and detailed mapping plan based on your requirements to meet your business goals. This phase also includes creating a test account so you can see exactly how your data will look once it goes live.

3. Data Profiling and Verification

Testing. Testing. Testing. During this critical phase, we will test the data migration to verify accurate mapping to ensure we are meeting your key objectives. Together, we identify gaps and any required modifications.

4. Go Live

Once testing is complete and approved, RecruitBPM’s experts will then import your most current data into your live account.

5. Data Migration Audit

We will conduct an audit after the go-live date to ensure all data has migrated successfully.
